Sandra J. Cook, RN, MSN, FNP-C,
graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Joseph's College of Nursing in Chicago and received a Masters in Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Degree (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Phoenix. She is a current member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In addition to many years of experience in the assessment and pharmacologic therapy of pain, Sandra promotes disease screening and preventative health to her patients.
Douglas J. Lucas, MS, FNP-C,
graduated Suma Cum Laude from both Arizona State University and the University of Phoenix receiving his Master of Science in Nursing. Doug has experience in both Orthopedic spine surgery/rehabilitation as well as Neurosurgical experience from the Barrow Neurological Institute. He remains a current member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
