DPI Mesa is located at 6309 E. Baywood, one block north of Broadway Road, four blocks west of Power Road and east of Recker Road in east Mesa.

Directions:
From Route 60 eastbound:
Exit at Higley Road. Turn left. Drive north on Higley Road to Broadway Road. Turn right. Drive eastbound on Broadway Road, beyond Recker Road, to 63rd Street. Turn left. Drive one block north. Desert Pain Institute is on the SE corner of 63rd Street and Baywood Avenue.

From Route 60 westbound:
Exit at Power Road. Turn right. Drive north on Power Road to Broadway Road. Turn left. Drive westbound on Broadway Road to 63rd Street. Turn right. Drive one block north. Desert Pain Institute is on the SE corner of 63rd Street and Baywood Avenue.

DPI (Gilbert) is located at:
2730 S. Val Vista Drive, Bldg. 5, Ste. 127

DPI Gilbert is located in the southwest corner of Val Vista and Williams Field Road in Gilbert.

Directions:
From 202/Red Mountain Freeway westbound:
Exit north off of the 202 onto Val Vista Drive to the main entrance of Spectrum Falls on your left (west side). Turn into Spectrum Falls (surrounded by palm trees). Proceed west 800 feet and you will reach a round-about. Turn left at the round-about. Then keep right to the back of the complex. Look for Building 5. Desert Pain Institute is directly behind Naturally Nurturing Wellness Center.

From Val Vista Drive:
Drive south of Williams Field on Val Vista Drive to the main entrance of Spectrum Fall on the right side of the road (surrounded by palm trees). Proceed west 800 feet until you reach a round-about. Turn left at round-about. Then keep right to the back of the complex. Look for Building 5. Desert Pain Institute is directly behind Naturally Nurturing Wellness Center.
