Arthritis Exercise w/Tai-Chi/Ai-Chi
The “Water Tai-Chi / Ahi-Chi” exercise class consists of low intensity water exercise. The class is 50 minutes in length and includes: warm-up exercises, low intensity exercise, cool-down exercises. The purpose of this class is to increase flexibility, endurance, range-of-motion, and to also decrease pain.
Class days and times are as follows:
M/W 2:30-3:30pm, T/Th 9:00-10:00am
Fees are monthly: $54.00 8 visits/, $78.00 12 visits/month, or $10.00 drop-in.
